I was about to start a lawsuit against them for this. I wanted my money back for the updates I never got to use. My buddy has a Garmin W different model than mine but it worked. I just copied The files from his Garmin folder and pasted them in my Garmin folder. It connected to Garmin express and it updated my maps, software, voices, vehicles, everything..
Its working just as it always did I advise copying and keeping a backup of your Garmin folder in case shit happens where u end up with missing or corrupt files.
