I'm sorry to hear about this issue, and hope that someone pays attention to this post. I will post it when I get the new one. So what's the deal? Why are they trying to erase the existence of the Xbox ? I have 10 years of service on Xbox Live not counting the years before they started recording our service. I still have original Xbox games on my history that I would like to get to. Not very happy about this.
